OUR HEROES
Our Heroes are the children fighting cancer, their families, friends, their doctors, and nurses. The Kevin Cordasco Foundation: Something Yellow is committed to raising awareness for these Heroes and helping them any way we can. The word hero is defined as a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities, and we believe that these people are the true definition of heroes.
We are proud to honor: Brady
Brady is a 17-year-old from Chester Springs, PA who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic
Leukemia (ALL) on August 19th, 2015. Brady has a chromosomal mutation in his Leukemia Cell identified Philadelphia chromosome-like (Ph-like). For this reason, he has now been diagnosed with Very High-Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (HR B-ALL) and his treatment will require additional aggressive medications.
